Drug Screening Associate I

Workit Health is seeking a Drug Screening Associate I to uphold high standards of member experience and adhere to FDA-approved urine drug screen procedures. The role involves providing world-class customer service, educating members on drug screening options, and maintaining confidentiality. It's a remote position focused on harm reduction in substance use disorder treatment and promotes an environment that respects clients and values compassion. Requirements

• Go above and beyond to provide a world-class member experience.
• Facilitate video drug screens and determine drug screen results.
• Support and communicate with members as they navigate their drug screening needs.
• Educate members on how to navigate Workit Health’s drug screening options.
• Communicate with members over chat and phone in a professional manner.
• Be able to communicate effectively using correct grammar and punctuation.
• Be accountable for specific metrics related to productivity and member satisfaction.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling member information.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our EMR, processes, and systems.
• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for our members and staff.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
