Job Description
Workit Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for a remote, full-time position to provide telehealth services to patients with substance use disorders. The role involves co-facilitating virtual appointments, conducting patient evaluations, and managing medications. Workit Health is committed to harm reduction and providing client-centered, effective care.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Minimum of 1 year experience in addiction medicine
- Experience prescribing SUD medications
- Current BLS certification
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing work environment
- Willingness to complete work independently online
- Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
