Job Description
Workleap is seeking a Senior Back-End Developer to contribute to the internal platform initiatives on which all products are built. The role involves exploring new ideas, prototyping, and leading the development of services to reduce development costs and accelerate time to market. The team is agile and collaborative, focused on delivering value to both developers and customers.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in back-end development
- Experience using AI tools in daily software development
- Strong command of back-end development in C#/.NET
- Ability to plan and lead projects from start to finish
- Strong communication skills
- Solid knowledge of distributed cloud systems and DevOps CI/CD practices
