Senior Product Designer - ShareGate Migrate

Workleap is a Montreal-based tech company looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their ShareGate Migrate team. The role involves leading end-to-end design, collaborating with PMs and engineers, and exploring AI-driven opportunities to simplify Microsoft 365 and cloud-migration scenarios.

Requirements

• 6+ years designing B2B SaaS products within cross-functional teams
• Strong user instincts and confidence navigating ambiguous, technically complex problem spaces
• Proven ability to work across strategy, UX flows, UI design, and polished interaction details
• Ability to balance speed, technical constraints, and high-quality execution
• Experience designing for technical audiences (IT, admin tools, platforms) is a plus
• Experience designing or contributing to AI-powered experiences
• Clear communicator with strong storytelling skills, comfortable influencing product and engineering partners
• High attention to detail and a deep commitment to craft
