Job Description
WorkMotion is building a global HR platform that simplifies hiring and managing teams. They are seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) in the DACH region to be the first point of contact for potential customers. The role involves reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce the EOR platform and schedule virtual walkthroughs with Account Executives.
Requirements
- Native, native-like or fluent German
- Fluent level of English
- Minimum of 1 year in BDR/SDR roles
- Representative or Sales Development Representative position
- Remote work experience
- Cold calling & outbound experience
- Comfortable with minimum 100 calls/day, minimum 1 year proven success in outbound sales
- Target- and KPI-driven
- Self-starter mindset
- Time Zone: within +/-2 hours from CET zone
