Job Description
Lead end-to-end project execution, develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations, build and maintain client relationships, identify and manage risks, monitor project costs and financial performance, collaborate with business development teams, and evaluate project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including proven success in project delivery.
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.).
- Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Extensive prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
