Job Description
Our Client is looking for a Project Manager Construction to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of structural steel and metal fabrication/installation projects.
Requirements
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate pre-construction activities including shop drawing reviews, submittals, and RFIs.
- Ensure all phases of steel fabrication and installation meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Review and negotiate project contracts, supplier agreements, and subcontractor scopes.
- Monitor and control project costs, prepare progress reports, and manage change orders.
- Lead, mentor, and support site superintendents, foremen, and field crews.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across job sites.
- Oversee punch lists, final inspections, and warranty documentation.
- Deliver accurate close-out packages and ensure client satisfaction.
