Service Sales Lead-Iyana Ipaja

The Service Sales Lead is responsible for driving residential & commercial service revenue by converting inbound service opportunities, developing recurring client relationships, and producing accurate, timely, and profitable quotes for multi-trade work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or HND degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Economics or other related degrees
• 3+ years of experience in service sales, facilities maintenance, construction services, or B2B commercial services.
• Very Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM, service management, or dispatch software (e.g., Workiz).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of MEP building systems preferred.
