Job Description
Provide support for Engineering directors, manage calendars, expenses, and special projects. Develop strong written and verbal communication skills, and work independently on projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Administrative Assistant role or similar
- Strong organizational skills
- Interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
