Job Description
This team supports all data analytics for our contact centers. The Insights & Data Analyst will work on big data/analytics projects, gather and integrate large volumes of data, perform analysis, and develop actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
- Working knowledge of analytics and statistical software such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Power BI and others
- Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling
- Contact Center experience
- Fundamental cloud exposure
- Ability to work with and manage vendor or third party relationships
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
