Job Description
Workover Solutions, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist with experience in lathe turning to join their manufacturing team. The role involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC lathes, maintaining tight tolerances, and collaborating with engineering teams. A fast-paced, non-climate-controlled shop is required, and the company values quality, precision, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with CNC lathes
- Strong understanding of tooling, speeds/feeds, and material behavior in turning applications
- Experience with Haas or Fanuc controls preferred
- Ability to work from blueprints with a thorough understanding of GD&T
- Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to producing quality work
