Job Description
Workplace Options is seeking a Clinical Counsellor (French Speaking) to provide emotional support and therapy to clients in both in-person and remote settings. The role involves conducting one-on-one sessions, assessing clients, developing treatment plans, and ensuring confidentiality. The company focuses on holistic wellbeing solutions and offers a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Clinical counselling experience in English and French.
- Experience providing assessments and using clinical assessment tools.
- Training in crisis intervention and supporting high risk clients (beneficial).
- Ability to work with clients presenting with substance abuse, mental health symptoms, and related concerns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
