Job Description
WPO, a leading provider of complex mental and physical health solutions, is seeking an EAP Counselor for their Prague location. The role involves providing individual, one-on-one counseling, supporting clients with immediate needs, and collaborating with colleagues to create treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have expertise in counseling, crisis intervention, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- To be able to stand out in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills
- Master's degree in clinical psychology
- Fluent Czech and good English proficiency
- At least 2 years of experience in direct contact with clients in the provision of counseling or psychiatric services
- Experience with the assessment and use of clinical evaluation tools
- Experience with short-term counseling methods (focus on solutions, CBT, mindfulness)
- Integration and systematic counseling
