Workplace Options, the largest independent provider of holistic wellness solutions, is seeking a Full Time EAP Counsellor (Clinical Psychologist) to strengthen their clinical team in Belgium. The role involves providing telephone and video counseling, referring clients to external resources, and maintaining clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Master in clinical psychology
- Recognized by the psychologists' committee, visa klinisch psycholoog FOD
- Good listening skills and clinical interventions focused on short-term can be offered, such as CGT, Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused techniques.
- Counseling can be given in Dutch
- Good command of English
- Training or experience in crisis intervention and support for clients with high-risk is a plus
- The ability to work with clients with risks around substance abuse, crisis situations, psychological symptoms, and/or family-/relationship-related problems that affect personal or work performance
- Passionate about providing support and counseling, possibly to clients located anywhere in the world
- Culturally sensitive work with our clients
- Proficient in using the different ways people can contact us: phone, video, email, SMS, and live chat
