Job Description
We are Workspace 365, an international scale-up with a clear mission: to make work easier. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for partners and customers with technical issues, and focus on technical support via our ticket system in Intercom.
Requirements
- Minimum MBO work and thinking level.
- Curious and solution-oriented.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
- Experience with SaaS, cloud environments, or modern support tools (such as Intercom, Planhat, Power Automate) is a plus.
