WorkWave is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to play a strategic role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 7 years in HR, with a minimum of 4 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role
- Deep understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and industry best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven consulting skills for both management and employees
- Proficient in HRIS systems
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret HR data and trends effectively
- Experience with organizational development and change management
- Strategic thinker with a solid business acumen
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
