Job Description
World Business Lenders (WBL) is seeking a remote Mortgage Sales Representative to build relationships with residential mortgage brokers and educate them about their No-Documentation loan program. The role involves outreach, lead generation, and maintaining strong client relationships, aiming to expand the WBL portfolio through Thunderbird's self-service platform.
Requirements
- Reach out to Residential Mortgage Brokers.
- Utilize CRM tools (QuickBase and HubSpot).
- Act as the primary point of contact.
- Educate clients on loan products.
- Structure deals based on property type and client profile.
- Track performance metrics (volume, submissions, closes).
