IT Business Analyst II

At World Kinect, we're looking for a dynamic IT Business Analyst to help drive digital transformation across our global operations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communicator—able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and writing basic SQL queries
• Exposure to ERP modules like Order to Cash or Procure to Pay
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
• Experience supporting test planning and execution
