Requirements

• 15+ years Senior Total Rewards leadership experience in a large, publicly traded company.
• Deep expertise in executive compensation and Compensation Committee engagement.
• Proven experience designing complex commercial and sales incentive plans.
• Strong knowledge of public company governance, SEC requirements, and proxy processes.
• Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment.
• Exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
