Job Description
We are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team at ContainerPort Group (CPG), a World Group company. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent customer experience at our trucking terminals, building relationships with warehouses and vendors, and ensuring accurate order processing and communication with customers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College Degree preferred
- 1+ year trucking industry experience preferred
- Highly organized individual with great communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with heavy email/phone/messaging volume
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Transportation Management Systems
