Job Description
Paul Global Benefits (PGB) is a rapidly growing insurance broker now part of World Insurance Associates. This Account Manager role supports clients through day-to-day service, designing and managing group benefits programs, and handling client communications. The position requires collaboration with producers, account executives, and senior managers in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Employee Benefits Brokerage Client Management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related program or equivalent education.
- Life/Health insurance license or ability to obtain immediately.
- Strong financial acumen and mathematical skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
