Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager

Foy Insurance, part of World Insurance Associates, is seeking a Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager to drive excellence in client management and retention. This role involves managing a high volume of insurance business, building client loyalty, handling renewals, claims, billing, and policy submissions. The position requires a strong understanding of insurance markets and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Effectively managing a high volume of Insurance business
• Growing client loyalty and providing advocacy
• Handling renewals, claims, billing, and new policies
• Master's degree preferred, equivalent work experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Property & Casualty License required
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
