Job Description
World Insurance Associates is a rapidly growing insurance brokerage seeking a Data Analyst to provide technical expertise, coordinate data analysis activities, and interpret large datasets. The role involves data cleansing, development of dashboards, and collaboration with various teams to drive business insights. Candidate should be proficient in analytics, testing, programming, and development, and have strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets.
- Data cleansing and preparation.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Use visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Power Pivot).
- Implement solutions using PowerBI (DAX, RLS), Python, Pyspark, Google Big Query.
- Understand code review and testing.
- Strong communication skills
- 3-5+ years of proven experiences as a data analyst
