Personal Lines Associate Account Manager - Entry Level

World Insurance Associates is seeking a Personal Lines Associate Account Manager to support Account Executives with client management and retention. The role involves managing client needs, handling policy changes, and building client loyalty through excellent service and communication. World is a fast-growing insurance organization with over 2,000 employees across North America.

Requirements

• Assist insurance producers in servicing client needs
• Support Account Manager(s) in effectively managing a high volume of work
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies
• Review and maintain accuracy of applications, policies, endorsements, and audits
• Grow client loyalty and provide advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Two years minimum Personal Lines account management or support experience
• Property & Casualty License or agreement to obtain within 3-6 months
