Job Description
World Insurance Associates is seeking a Personal Lines Client Manager to support the Account Executive with client management and retention. The role involves managing a high volume of high net worth account business, building client loyalty, and handling renewals, claims, and policy reviews. The company offers a unique insurance organization with multiple offices across North America and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-7 years minimum Personal Lines High Net Worth Account Management experience
- Property & Casualty License
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Strong administrative and computing skills (Microsoft Office)
- Self-motivated and driven
- Able to work independently and multi-task
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work with sensitive information
