Requirements

• Effectively managing a high volume book of Personal Lines Insurance business.
• Growing client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing high levels of advocacy.
• Handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies.
• Thorough understanding of markets and underwriting guidelines.
• Reviewing applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
• Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries.
• Coordinate expiration list with department manager.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
