Job Description
World Insurance Associates is a rapidly growing financial services organization seeking a Sales Executive for its Employee Benefits Sales Producer role. This position focuses on identifying, prospecting, and closing commercial clients specializing in employee benefits, 401(k) plans, and other related financial solutions. The role requires a consultative approach, driving retention, and ensuring client-centric program design.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier
- Positive and highly motivated personality
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and sales CRM's like HubSpot
- Independent work ethic and a strong sense of urgency
