Collections Specialist I

The Collections Specialist I supports the Accounts Receivable Department to minimize customer account aging. The Collection Specialist I contacts customers to resolve payment issues and provides the customers with the necessary information to remit payment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
• 1-2 years of experience in commercial collections or related field required
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Working experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook is a must
