Job Description
We are seeking passionate and skilled humanitarian professionals who share our Mission, Vision and Core Values as we help children experience life in all its fullness, even during crises. We're looking for experienced humanitarians who will use their skills implementing multi-sectoral emergency response projects to oversee the effective implementation of the response programmes.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience with International NGOs in emergency relief, rehabilitation and transition programming
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to humanitarian leadership, international development, business administration, economics, rural development or similar
- Experience in the implementation of multi-sectoral emergency response projects
- Excellent decision-making skills and ability to take calculated mitigated risks
- Experience in leading a multi-cultural team of professionals
