Emergency Response Roster - Safeguarding Advisor

Join our Emergency Response Roster as a Safeguarding Advisor and provide in-depth safeguarding expertise to support vulnerable children in emergencies. This role involves developing and monitoring safeguarding action and risk management plans, leading staff in conducting safeguarding risk assessments, and coordinating with the PSEA Network to facilitate local, national, and sector-wide safeguarding collaboration and learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a GBV, Child Protection, Legal, Human Resources or other Child Rights-related field
• 5 years+ experience in overseeing child protection, PSEA, GBV, or safeguarding work
• Strong relationship building/network capacity, excellent communication skills, spiritual maturity in Christian faith, ability to influence, innovative, and proactive personality
