Requirements

• Master’s degree in International Development, Comparative Education, Business Administration, Development Studies, Strategic Management, Rural Development, Project Management or equivalent qualifications
• 5 years demonstrated experience in project and financial management
• 3 years with knowledge of, and/or proven experience in managing similar position at management level
• Good interpersonal skills
• A clean driver’s license
• Demonstrated ability in supervision
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Tact and diplomacy in dealing with staff
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and public
• Demonstrated leadership and team building
• Committed to WVI values
• Experience in solving complex issues through analysis, definition of a clear way forward and ensuring stakeholder buy in
