Construction Project Manager, Lebanon, IN

World Wide Professional Solutions (WWPS) is seeking skilled Construction Project Managers to lead cross-functional teams on a Bio Pharma facility construction project in Lebanon, IN. The role requires strong technical and organizational skills, regulatory compliance experience, and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite position.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years’ direct experience in Bio Pharma Construction
• Minimum of 7-10 years’ of large-scale construction management or project management experience
• Previous experience working directly with trade contractors as a Project Manager or Construction Manager
• Strong knowledge of cleanroom construction, process utilities, QA/QC, and commissioning in Bio Pharma or highly regulated environments
• Demonstrated proficiency with CPM scheduling and construction management tools (Primavera P6, MS Excel, MS Word)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of construction standards and contracts
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-contract environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
