Job Description
Ant International is seeking a Director of Global Affairs and Strategic Development to engage policymakers, regulators, and industry bodies within the UAE. This role involves building awareness of the company, providing strategic advice, establishing partnerships, and coordinating with government and industry groups. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital payments and fintech within the UAE.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in public affairs, government relations, or policy advocacy
- Proven experience engaging with UAE policymakers, regulators, and ecosystem partners
- Substantive knowledge of policy and regulation related to digital payments, fintech, and cross-border finance in the UAE
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid project management and analytical skills
- Excellent command of English (Arabic)
- Strong ethical standards with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
