Job Description
Ant International is seeking a People Director in the EMEA region to lead their people function and drive transformation. The role involves providing end-to-end functional leadership, fostering employee engagement, and partnering with global leadership to develop people strategies. This position requires a strategic, proactive, and agile leader with a commercial mindset.
Requirements
- Provide leadership, consulting and coaching to the EMEA leaders across all areas of people function (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, rewards & benefits, talent management, mobility & regulatory compliance)
- Establish and maintain a highly competent and motivated people team with dedicated partners
- Drive and conduct organizational analysis to identify business challenges and develop people strategies
- Collaborate with CoE Talent & Acquisition, C&B and Shared Services functions to achieve desired outcomes
- Facilitate organisational design and change management initiatives
- Review and analyse data to identify trends and improve performance and retention
- Champion the regional culture and drive organizational diversity
- Organise employee engagement programs and events
