We are looking for a Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in increasing Worldia's awareness and engagement within the B2B sector. You'll develop and execute innovative strategies to strengthen our brand and inspire our community.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing in a B2B/SAAS/tech environment.
- Knowledge of social media management.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Strong grasp of KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
- Technical Expertise: Skilled in CRM tools like Hubspot, and analytics platforms.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: Basic design skills (e.g., Figma, Adobe) and a knack for developing eye-catching materials.
- Languages: German and English mandatory (C1 level expected)
- Confident in cross-collaboration environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the travel industry is a bonus!
