Worldline is a leading payment technology company that helps businesses grow quickly, simply, and securely. We're looking for a Project Management Officer to manage day-to-day and future workforce and supplier management activities, and provide strategic guidance on policies and processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in workforce management, PMO, or strategic resource planning roles
- Strong analytical skills, proactive, problem solver, and able to run the extra mile for internal clients to deliver in time and with high quality
- Ability to work in an international team
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications in English, Italian, or French a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- Affinity and experience with financial topics, like budget forecasting, financial reporting, and cost management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate with senior leadership
