Worldline is looking for a Senior Master Data Analyst to join their team in Bucharest, Romania. The role involves managing vendor, customer, fixed assets, material, and pricing master data, as well as providing reporting-related work and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
Requirements
- Educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance is a plus
- Previous experience in Master Data, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, or Record to Report is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- English at a very good level
- Ability to identify process gaps and contribute to improvements and automation initiatives
- Willingness to support and collaborate with junior colleagues when needed
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to deal with difficult, sensitive, and confidential matters
- Attention to detail
- Interest in continuous improvement, process optimization, and simplification
- Familiarity with automation tools or basic knowledge of creating efficiencies (e.g., Excel automation, workflow tools)
- Willingness to take part in knowledge-sharing and mentoring activities
