Team Lead Support

We are looking for a passionate and pragmatic technical leader to take the helm of several of our core development squads. Your mission is simple but essential: to accelerate the delivery of high-quality software.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience directly managing multiple software engineering teams in an agile environment
• An engineering background with credible, hands-on expertise in modern software architecture (e.g., microservices), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and DevOps principles
• An obsession with the efficiency of a Software Factory and a deep, practical understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• A demonstrated passion for developing people, with concrete examples of how you have grown engineers from junior to senior levels
• Full professional proficiency in English is required for our international environment. Proficiency in French is a significant plus
