Job Description
Technical Service Manager will provide 3rd party infrastructure platforms and services for various applications, ensuring the best possible services for end customers. The role involves technical management of Citrix environment, collaboration with Service Provider, and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Completed advanced higher education in Computer Science
- 10+ Years of Experience
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure
- Knowledge of IT Service Management and Project Management is a plus
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making competence
- Very good written and spoken skills in English
- Good written and spoken skills in German are a plus
