Vice President Databricks Practice

WorldLink is a rapidly growing information technology company seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President Databricks Practice to establish, grow, and scale our solutions, implementation and Databricks practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of current experience using Databricks platform, a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience, and Databricks certification(s).

Requirements

• Define and execute the vision and go-to-market strategy for developing our Databricks practice.
• Build and scale service offerings that integrate Databricks with data, AI, and cloud transformation solutions.
• Develop repeatable solutions, accelerators, and workshops, and formulate joint GTM strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and client executives, shaping their data, analytics, and AI initiatives using Databricks.
• Articulate WorldLink's industry value proposition, incorporating Databricks elements, and ability to develop efficient implementation using Databricks.
• Strengthen and expand our alliance with Databricks, cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), and complementary technology partners.
• Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and joint GTM with Databricks and cloud partners.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team of data engineers, AI/ML engineers, architects, and consultants.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and delivery excellence.
• Possess continued interest in expanding organizational expertise, selling solutions and upscaling products using the Databricks platform.
