Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, and assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
Requirements
- Safe driving and navigation ability
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Friendly and persuasive communication
- Ability to locate and stock parts
- Safety knowledge and skills
- Operating inventory systems (Back stock) and store equipment
- Sales aptitude and customer service orientation
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Use basic math accurately
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Confidence in engaging customers and promoting products
- Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques
- Prior experience in automotive parts is preferred
