Job Description
The Ramp Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating airport activities for Ramp Services and Passenger Service functions, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality, and employee relations meet or exceed standards.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off
