The Yard Coordinator role plays a vital part in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our yard and facility operations, with responsibilities including equipment checking, inventory updates, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Check-in and check-out of equipment
• Video documentation of equipment and attachments
• Compile and communicate damage reports
• Update computer system with pictures of equipment and attachments
• Maintain accurate inventories of machines and attachments
• Assist with tire inspections and manage tire inventories
• Process data in work orders
• Pickup and deliver parts
• Wash and maintain the cleanliness of equipment
• Ensure housekeeping and maintenance standards are met in the yard and shop
