Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in ethics and compliance
- Proven ability to assess and manage third-party risks effectively, ensuring adherence to organizational compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of global compliance frameworks, applicable laws and regulations including anti-bribery laws (e.g. FCPA and UK Bribery Act), international guidelines, standards, codes of conduct, and key trends in the compliance space
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively within a global team, prioritizing tasks with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail and analytical capability
- Mandatory proficiency in English, with outstanding writing skills for drafting due diligence reports, mitigation plans, guidance notes, policies, SOPs and other compliance documentation
- Strong commitment to uphold organization’s code of conduct, core values and ethical standards across all operations
