Worley is a global professional services company seeking an Area Manager to oversee EPC/EPCM projects, specifically copper project construction with heap leach operations expertise. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience, proven track record as an Area Manager, and bilingual in Spanish and English.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in EPC/EPCM projects
• Proven track record as an Area Manager overseeing Wet, Dry, and Infrastructure units
• Extensive background in copper project construction, with specific expertise in heap leach operations
• Demonstrated ability in managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding USD $2 billion
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
• Ability to ensure Worley methodologies, processes, tools and systems are used throughout the project
• Experience with procurement/subcontracting and on-site construction support
• Has completed a full project from start to finish and spent time supporting the field to implement what was engineered
