Sales Engineer (Technical) (FinTech)

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at Worth AI. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our AI-powered decision-making solutions by effectively demonstrating their value to potential customers.

Requirements

• Experience as a former Jr Software Engineer who converted to technical sales
• Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role within the computer software industry
• Prior experience in FinTech, Risk, Underwriting and/or Payments Industry
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to Travel two 2 company offsite events a year and travel to clients as needed
