Worth AI is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to join a product team as the dedicated quality owner for a defined domain of our platform.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance or quality analysis
- Proven experience owning quality for complex product domains
- Strong ability to handle ambiguous requirements and convert them into structured validation plans
- Demonstrated experience identifying systemic risk beyond surface-level bugs
- Advanced experience designing comprehensive test strategies in Qase (or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and data validation
- Ability to analyze patterns in defects and influence process or architectural improvements
- Experience mentoring or coaching other QA team members
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting risk assessments to leadership
