Job Description
Worth AI is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Data Steward to join their fintech team. This role focuses on data integrity, definition, and trustworthiness, working with Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering to define data standards and monitor data quality. The ideal candidate will leverage data to drive impactful decision-making and contribute to an AI-driven underwriting strategy.
Requirements
- Define and maintain data meaning: Serve as the primary owner of the data dictionary and business glossary.
- Monitor and improve data quality: Develop and maintain dashboards to measure data completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
- Establish data standards: Partner with Engineering and Product teams to implement naming conventions and validation rules.
- Document lineage and dependencies: Trace data flows and identify data discrepancies.
