We're looking for a Senior Manager, Audience Strategy, to join our team and partner closely with clients geared towards underestimated audiences. The role requires someone with previous experience leading social strategy, content, and community management efforts for LGBTQ+ audiences.
Requirements
- 6+ years of social media strategy/management and digital marketing experience
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Experience in developing strategies and managing communities for underestimated (historically marginalized) audiences preferred
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Consistent follow-through ability to traffic communication and ensure project accuracy
- A creative point of view, a 'can-do' attitude and a 'what's next' mentality
