Woven by Toyota is seeking a Quality Management & Process Engineer - Execution Excellence to join their Arene team. The role focuses on embedding quality from early development stages and continuously improving development processes by applying the Toyota Production System. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to create standards, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring ISO9001 compliance and promoting quality awareness across Arene. This hybrid position requires a strong commitment to quality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.

Requirements

• Understanding of modern software development methodologies and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, ASPICE, etc.)
• Expertise in quality management systems such as ISO9001 and IATF
• Experience with process audits in internal audit programs
• Experience in the automotive industry and an understanding of its regulatory framework
• Ability to abstract complex processes and collaborate with stakeholders
• Project management skills
• Experience working in multicultural teams and cultural sensitivity
• Strong commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills in English
